MARTIN® 12- or 24-Volt DC Vibrator

Available in 12- and 24-volt models, MARTIN® DC Vibrators are suitable for applications on mobile equipment including ready-mix trucks, concrete pumps, spreader trucks, and other truck-mounted apparatus. The compact 14-pound (6.75-kg) units operate at 3600 rpm to provide up to 420 pounds (190 kgs) of force.

Oversized bearings, drip-impregnated armature windings, sturdy aluminum alloy case, and high temperature Class F insulation mean durable performance.

Low Maintenance

Sealed bearings eliminate lubrication requirements.

Dust-Tight/Water-Tight

O-ring seals and machined surfaces provide protection against the entry of dirt and water for an IP 66-7 rating.

Adjustable Force

Eccentric weights can be positioned to fine tune output up to 485 lbs (2150 N) centrifugal force.

Mounting Options

Three holes on each leg of the base allow selection of three different mounting patterns to fit the application.
