MARTIN® Chevron Belt Cleaner

MARTIN® Chevron Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper removes carryback using shock-absorbing torsion arms with elastomer blades composed of 14 half-inch (12 mm)-wide fingers that gently step over belts with ribs, chevrons, and cleats.

Choice of Blade Materials

MARTIN® Chevron Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper is available with rubber or urethane blades.

Specialized Belt Cleaning

MARTIN® Chevron Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper incorporates arms with blades offset at a 30° angle to allow the edge to ripple over belt cleats.

Models to Suit Your Material and System

Use the MARTIN® Chevron Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper where stringy material like vines, wire or bark can catch on conventional cleaner arms. Cleaners are available for belts from 18- to 96-in. (400- to 2400-mm) wide and operating speeds up to 500 fpm (2.5 m/sec).
