MARTIN® Compact Belt Cleaner

MARTIN® Compact Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper uses a low-profile blade mounted on an internal square mainframe for effective belt cleaning in tight spaces. It is designed for belt cleaner applications on small conveyor belt pulleys and belts operating at speeds up to 350 fpm (1.8 m/sec).

Segments allow one-piece belt cleaner blade to accommodate crowned pulleys and variations in belt travel. Patented "wear slits" renew cleaning edge across blade life.

Belt cleaner blade incorporates patented Continuous Angle Radial Pressure (CARP) design to maintain effective cleaning across blade life.

Fits In Smallest Spaces
