The unique MARTIN® Mandrel Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper Mount simplifies belt cleaner service and blade replacement. It allows the easy removal of the entire belt cleaner / belt scraper from position in one piece, by one worker standing outside the chute.

Five-Minute Blade Change

Blade replacement is performed outside the chute, where there is room to work. Because the mandrel stays in place, returning the mainframe to cleaning position is a simple, "slide-it-in" procedure.

Protects Service Workers

No personnel go inside the chute to remove the belt cleaner or change blades. The MARTIN® Mandrel Mount allows the cleaner / scraper to be removed by one technician working outside the chute.
