MARTIN® QC™ #2 Belt Cleaning System

The MARTIN® QC™ #2 Belt Cleaning System combines a unique teardrop-shaped blade and a linear spring tensioner to provide effective belt cleaner performance.

Engineered System

Tensioner and belt cleaner designed together, for effective performance without maintenance over the life of the blades.

"One-Pin" Blade Change

Cartridge design allows fast, simple removal of worn blades. Mounting of new cartridge on mainframe is a "one-pin" procedure.

Minimal Adjustment

Properly installed, the cleaner should need pressure re-adjustment only once, at the midpoint of the blade life.

One-Piece Blade Assembly

Pre-loaded cartridge means replacement belt cleaner blade assembly matches your cleaning width. No more loose blades to mount to mainframe.

Conforms To Belt Profile

Independent 3-inch (76-mm) wide blades let cleaning edge individually conform to profile of moving conveyor belt.

"Teardrop" Blade Design

No flat surfaces mean no material buildup, for efficient belt cleaning with less maintenance.

Extended Service Life

Long-lasting tungsten carbide blade tips reduce frequency of belt cleaner blade changes, cutting costs. Blade life of 6-9 months anticipated.

Linear Tension Radial Relief

The MARTIN® QC™ #2 Belt Cleaning System Spring Tensioner provides linear pressure for effective belt cleaning while allowing radial relief.

The MARTIN® QC™ #2 Belt Cleaning System is protected by U.S. Patent No. 6,321,901.
