MARTIN® Vibrator Mounts, Brackets and Accessories
Martin Engineering offers a variety of mounting systems to suit your MARTIN® Vibrator. Permanent or portable mounting brackets are available to match your vibrator model and your application requirements. Wedge Type Brackets
LBF-LBM - Have the same taper and width used in standard railroad car industrial vibrator wedge. Female LBF is weldable steel alloy for welding or bolting in place. SBF-SBM-SBF is weldable steel wedge receiver (female bracket) to take mount SBM. Use where vibrator is to be moved from job to job.
F-Style Weldable Cast Steel Brackets
F-Type Mount - These cast, permanent brackets make mounting easy on steel structures. Weld to flat surface and install bolts throught "T" slots.
Clamp Mount Blocks
Clamp Blocks - Find the most effective location for vibration. Clamp Blocks can be clamped easily to angle - no welding, drilling, or cutting. These rugged clamping blocks make vibrator installation easy - for trial purposes or permanently. Attached and removed with standard wrench by two hardened steel set screws.
Electric Vibrator Mounting Brackets
Includes TBM Mount - Mates to LBF female brackets as seen on rail cars, ECF Bracket - converts bolt-inplace vibrators into secure but readily removable mountings and W Beam Kit - to fit specific vibrators, the mount is predrilled and ready to skip-weld to bin. Includes vibrator mounting hardware and safety cable.
Piston Vibrator Mounts
Options include TPC Channel Mount, TBM Mount and Clampmount Blocks for precise placement of your applied industrial vibration.
VIBROTOR® Cradle Lug Brackets
VIBROTOR® Cradle Lug Brackets include standard, wedge mount and clamp mount options.
