MARTIN® WATER Dust Suppression System
Control Airborne Dust Economically and Efficiently
Use low-moisture fog, spray, or a combination of both to manage dust. The MARTIN® WATER Dust Suppression System forces water through ultra-fine nozzles to supply a microscopic mist that merges with airborne dust to return dust particles to the main material stream. Water is also applied directly to the conveyed material to eliminate dust creation.
The MARTIN® WATER Dust Suppression System applies water in the form of fog, spray, or both. The actual details of the water application are determined by the needs of the customer and the specific environment. Each system is custom engineered to match your operating requirements.
Engineered Answer to Dust
Reduce Cleanup costs, equipment failures, and regulatory problems
Fog Captures Airborne Particles
Area around material is covered in a fog, capturing airborne dust
Water Eliminates Dust Creation
Spray nozzles release water and dampen the material, preventing the creation of dust
Low Operating Costs
No compressed air needed; no expensive consumable chemicals
Minimal Water Added
Only 1 percent water added, preventing material downgrade

Martin Engineering Specialists design and install
MARTIN® Dust Management Systems solve the problem of airborne dust by keeping fine particles in the load or by returning them to the main material body.
MARTIN® Dust Management Technologies include systems and components for dust collection and dust suppression.
Martin Engineering will take "single source" responsibility for your dust control systems. From system design, hardware manufacturing, system installation, operator training, consumable chemicals supply, and system maintenance, Martin Engineering provides the "Total Solution" to dust management.
