While Martin Engineering offers a number of components through its OEM Sales Department, the most common OEM-applied products are MOTOMAGNETIC® Electric Vibrators. We sell more OEM electric vibrators than anyone.

These vibrators are manufactured exclusively for Martin Engineering by Italvibras SpA, of Sassuolo, Italy. Operating from a factory of 7,500 square meters (80,000 square feet), Italvibras SpA is a rarity among vibrator manufacturers, as they supply only electric vibrators. Italvibras SpA produces no other equipment, no screens, no feeders, no vibratory conveyors, no bin activators, no hydraulic or pneumatic vibrators to dilute the company's focus.

For more than 35 years, Italvibras SpA has set the world standard for electric vibratory motors. Italvibras SpA understands that quality is the key to vibrator performance, and has taken the steps to ensure it. MOTOMAGNETIC® Vibrators are entirely manufactured in the Italvibras SpA factory – machined, wound, wired, and completely tested.

Among the features of Italvibras SpA manufacturing is the use of automatic machining centers which perform multiple operations in one setup, to ensure true shaft and bearing alignment and provide automated dimensional inspection on the machining centers.

Italvibras SpA vibrators feature vacuum encapsulation of motor windings with epoxy for improved insulation and extended life. All units receive an electrostatic epoxy powder coating. All finished windings receive automatic testing, as do all final vibrator assemblies.

Exclusively a builder of electric vibrators, Italvibras SpA/Martin combines high volume manufacturing capacity with the largest inventory of finished industrial electric vibrators in the world.
