Note : Second (2nd) shift and third (3rd) shift work is billed at 1-1/7 times normal rate (8 hours pay for 7 hours worked).
Note : Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm is considered normal straight time. Overtime is charged for all hours over eight per day. All hours worked on Saturday are billed as overtime. Sundays and holidays are billed at double time.
Note : Four (4) hour minimum charge per day per man and per diem will be billed for layover and/or downtime on scheduled installation projects.
TRAVEL
$43.00/Hour each member of crew for travel from Neponset, IL to customer job site and back to Neponset, IL at completion of project. Travel hours will also be billed for local travel from hotel/motel accommodations to job site. Applicable vehicle and trailer charges as shown on the Contractor owned equipment list will be billed during travel time also.
PER DIEM
$100.00/Day each member of crew for on-site work days, travel days and layover or downtime days.
MARK-UPS

EQUIPMENT CHARGES
- Small Tools, ladders, and expendables : A 5% charge will be added to gross total labor portion of each invoice for small tool usage and expendables. Small tools include portable hand tools, come-a-longs/chain falls, ladders and all hand tools.
- Coveralls and/or special Personal Protective Equipment will be charged at cost plus 15%.
- Contractor owned equipment will be billed per the following list (cost shown is for each piece used):
