SERVICE TECHNICIAN

This position is responsible for servicing, installing, and performing maintenance contracts for all Martin products on various customer applications including operation of silo cleaning equipment.  This role also serves as a working supervisor, leading crew resources and providing the necessary training to ensure quality, safety, operational and technical skills are met.  Position requires extensive travel throughout the Colorado/Wyoming region including overnight travel.

To qualify for this position you must have:

• Two-year technical or vocational degree preferred or high school diploma and four years industrial/technical related work experience required.
• Two or more years of job related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Welding certification required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and driver qualifications must be met.

MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR

This role supervises production employees; plans and assigns work; implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, operating procedures and working conditions.

To qualify for this position you must have:

• Two-year technical degree required.
• Three or more years of related supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques and related equipment.
• Must be computer literate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Lean Manufacturing a plus.

Key to this position is to help Martin Engineering drive Lean Manufacturing implementation and continuous improvement of processes and products throughout the Plant.
