BOCO™ Self-Adjusting Skirting floats on the belt, self-adjusting to maintain effective seal without maintenance. Supported on pressure arms between two steel plates, the system's rubber sealing strip rises and falls with fluctuations in belt travel to automatically maintain an effective seal.

MARTIN® GUARDASEAL™ Belt Support Cradle

For an effective transfer point it is essential that the belt line be stabilized. If the belt is allowed to sag or flex under the stress of the material load, dust and fines will escape. The MARTIN® GUARDASEAL™ Belt Support Cradle stabilizes the belt's path to improve sealing and tracking.

MARTIN® Gravity Take-Up Kit

The MARTIN® Gravity Take-Up Kit is installed with the conveyor's existing take-up pulley. It is available in "Narrow" for belts 48 inches (1200 mm) and under with standard stringer width or "Wide" for belts 54 inches (1400 mm) and up with wide stringer width and for take-up travel distances of 20, 40, or 48 feet (6.1, 12.2, or 14.6 m). The kit features low-friction UHMW inserts that allow the pulley to move up and down easily without binding to stabilize belt tension.

MARTIN® TORSION TRACKER™

Using a single, spring-loaded sensing roller, the economical MARTIN® TORSION TRACKER™ Belt Tracking System transfers pressure from belt misalignment to a pivoting roller that steers the belt back to the proper path.

The totally enclosed conveyor system acts as its own ductwork to prevent the escape of airborne dust which mitigates the impact of PSD permit requirements and helps achieve compliance with Title V.

Relieve Positive Pressure And Prevent The Escape Of Airborne Dust Without the Need for "Baghouse" Dust Collection

MARTIN® Dust Bags are a passive dust collection system using a filter bag to vent positive air pressure to maintain dust control. Installed before the chute end to vent air and collect dust traveling in that air, MARTIN® Dust Bags allow high positive-pressure air to escape without carrying dust away from the transfer point. When positive air pressure from material flow stops, MARTIN® Dust Bags collapse, dislodging collected material back onto the conveyor belt.

Dust Suppression Systems Control Airborne Particles

Control airborne dust economically and effectively with low-moisture fog or surfactant dust management technology. The MARTIN® FOG Dust Suppression System forces water through ultra-fine nozzles to supply a microscopic mist that merges with airborne dust to return dust particles to the main material stream. Each system is custom engineered to match your operating requirements.

MARTIN® Insertable Dust Collector

Filters Inside Transfer Point Collect Dust Without Ductwork

Rather than carry dust-laden air to a central dust collector, the MARTIN® Insertable Dust Collector System filters the air inside the transfer point. MARTIN® Insertable Dust Collectors can be used as stand-alone dust collector systems, or to supplement existing central dust collection systems. The MARTIN® Insertable Dust Collector can effectively handle the heavy concentration of dust and high volumes of air arising at belt conveyor transfer points.

MARTIN® S-CLASS™ Air-Supported Conveyor System
