Positions at Martin Engineering Corporate:

Global IT Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Global Business IT Business Analyst who will utilize various systems for business case scenarios in multiple areas of our business. The process oriented individual is responsible for maintaining assigned data and systems to help provide a better understanding and manage our efforts around the globe. The successful candidate will utilize data acquisition, workflow and reporting tools to help integrate systems from all of our business units. In addition, this individual will provide training and support for our users.

 EXPERIENCE/Educational Requirements:   

  1. Two-year degree or certificate in Computer Science or equivalent business experience.
  2. Proficient user of Excel.
  1. Familiarity with MS Access, SQL (such as MS SQL or MySQL) or web services (such as REST are desirable).

 

 

Website Administrator

We are currently seeking a Website Administrator coordinates and works directly with the Global Marketing Team to implement global best practices for web site content development and design. This position is responsible for managing the content of Martin Engineering’s global internet and intranet presence and assures that the company’s websites comply with appropriate policies, guidelines, standards and laws. This individual identifies, recommends, and executes an internet strategy which stimulates interest and new directions in the internet.

 

EXPERIENCE/Educational Requirements:   

·      4 year degree preferred, 2 year technical degree and equivalent experience accepted.

·      2 or more years’ experience in Web in the design and production of Website Content.

·      2 or more years’ experience in the development and/or administration of a CMS

·      1 year of experience in the development of SEO strategies, plans and campaigns

 

Specific Responsibilities:

·         Coordinates and consults with Global Marketing Team to implement best practices for web site content design, development and production.

·         Reviews and maintains the content of Martin Engineering’s global internet websites to ensure compliance with appropriate policies, guidelines, standards and applicable U.S. and International Copyright Laws.

·         Provide training and support of global website translation/localization platforms.

·         Administers the Martin CMS page design and content distribution workflows.

·         Administer the ongoing development of Google AdWords campaign programming.

·         Assist with development of Google Analytics tracking and reporting.

·         Produces, directs, edits, and integrates rich media into Martin deliverables.

Positions at Martin Engineering USA:

Product Engineer

Description:  The Product Engineer manages and executes product design and development projects from conception through production.  This position recommends and assists in execution of application project design and development applications.  The Product Engineer develops the technology, methodology, equipment, software and algorithms for the integration of control systems technology in Martin Engineering’s products, systems, and services in conjunction with appropriate product managers and their respective groups.  This position will provide technical support to customers and distributors.

 Education, Experience & Training:

  • Four year Engineering degree required.
  • One or two years of prior work related experience preferred.
  • Professional Engineer Registration preferred.
  • Control systems and fluid systems knowledge required.


Machine Maintenance Technician

Description:  The Machine Maintenance Technician under general direction is responsible for maintaining and repairing all production equipment to reduce down time.  This position will perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in the maintenance, alternation, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.  This role assists in maintaining the security of the buildings and grounds.  This position will be split between 2nd & 3rd shift.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.  2-year Technical Degree or specialized certification preferred.
  • Three or more years of prior work related experience.


Martin Service Technician – Missouri/Oklahoma

Description:  The Service Technician is responsible for servicing and installing a wide variety of Martin products.  This role provides ongoing service to Martin customers through periodic inspection and maintenance of Martin equipment.  The Service Technician is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing relationships.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • Two-year technical degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five or more years of prior work related experience.
  • Welding certification preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.  Drive qualifications must be met where specified based upon position requirements and established guidelines.
