Positions at Martin Engineering USA:

Product Engineer

Description:  The Product Engineer manages and executes product design and development projects from conception through production.  This position recommends and assists in execution of application project design and development applications.  The Product Engineer develops the technology, methodology, equipment, software and algorithms for the integration of control systems technology in Martin Engineering’s products, systems, and services in conjunction with appropriate product managers and their respective groups.  This position will provide technical support to customers and distributors.

 Education, Experience & Training:

  • Four year Engineering degree required.
  • One or two years of prior work related experience preferred.
  • Professional Engineer Registration preferred.
  • Control systems and fluid systems knowledge required.


Welders (2) - 2nd Shift

Description:  The Welder produces requested products and parts utilizing demonstrated welding and fabrication skills. This position interprets blue prints to build the required components and products maintaining quality in a cost-effective manner.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Formal post-secondary welding classes or one or more years of job related experience.
  • Blueprint reading required.


Machine Maintenance Technician

Description:  The Machine Maintenance Technician under general direction is responsible for maintaining and repairing all production equipment to reduce down time.  This position will perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in the maintenance, alternation, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.  This role assists in maintaining the security of the buildings and grounds.  This position will be split between 2nd & 3rd shift.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.  2-year Technical Degree or specialized certification preferred.
  • Three or more years of prior work related experience.


Martin Service Technician – W. Texas/New Mexico

Description:  The Service Technician is responsible for servicing and installing a wide variety of Martin products.  This role provides ongoing service to Martin customers through periodic inspection and maintenance of Martin equipment.  The Service Technician is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing relationships.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • Two-year technical degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five or more years of prior work related experience.
  • Welding certification preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.  Drive qualifications must be met where specified based upon position requirements and established guidelines.


Martin Service Technician – Missouri/Oklahoma
