Positions at Martin Engineering USA:

Martin Service Technician – W. Texas/New Mexico

Description:  The Service Technician is responsible for servicing and installing a wide variety of Martin products.  This role provides ongoing service to Martin customers through periodic inspection and maintenance of Martin equipment.  The Service Technician is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing relationships.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • Two-year technical degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five or more years of prior work related experience.
  • Welding certification preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.  Drive qualifications must be met where specified based upon position requirements and established guidelines.


Martin Service Technician – Missouri/Oklahoma

Description:  The Service Technician is responsible for servicing and installing a wide variety of Martin products.  This role provides ongoing service to Martin customers through periodic inspection and maintenance of Martin equipment.  The Service Technician is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing relationships.

Installation Crew Technician – (2 openings)


Description:  The Installation Crew Technician is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing Martin products on various customer applications, including operation of equipment used in performing silo cleaning.  Installation activities include fabrication, welding/torching, assembly, troubleshooting, etc.  This position requires working in internal and external environments and exposure to physical hazards and equipment where special training and safety considerations are required.  This position requires 100% travel.  A review of the applicant’s past driving history will be performed.  An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of job related experience.
  • Welding certification preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to meet identified functional requirements for heavy work, which includes exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Product Specialist/Foundations

Description:  The Product Specialist/Foundations sells, coordinates, markets, prepares, and delivers Foundations workshops to internal and external customers.  This position monitors the market to add training offerings when needed.  The Product Specialist/Foundations develops a customer base and plans and organizes workshop activities including phone sales and direct sales.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years’ experience in engineering or related field.
  • Three or more years of sales or presentation experience.


Supply Chain Specialist – Vibration Value Stream


Description:  The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the administration of materials, requisitions, placement of purchase orders for assigned commodities, supplies or services, and for conduct of supplier relations resulting in successful support of organization objectives.  This role is also responsible for planning and implementing work for assigned product lines, ensuring forecasted and un-forecasted parts are in stock to meet production deadlines which requires balancing lead times, capacity, and inventory levels with customer needs.  This position is part of the Vibration Value Stream and will be located in Peru, IL.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • Two-year business degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of work related experience in a manufacturing environment using supply chain and lean methodology
  • Casting (Ductile Iron & Aluminum) and machining supply chain development a must.
  • Supply chain certification preferred.  (CPM or APICS)
  • Must be computer literate – Fourth Shift experience preferred.
