MARTIN® EZ-PATCH™ is a simple-to-use, fast-curing system for the repair and reconstruction of damaged conveyor belting and other elastomeric components. Convenient pre-measured kits provide quality repairs of many industrial materials, including natural and synthetic rubber, steel and metals, PVC, concrete, and most plastic. It is suitable for applications on vertical or horizontal surfaces. Use of Adhesive Promoter is recommended for best adhesion to steel (i.e. mechanical splices).
Use MARTIN® EZ-PATCH™ to repair rubber or PVC belting, dress splices, patch linings in chutes, tanks, pipes, and truck beds and mend urethane screen decks.
Cured system provides superior elongation and high resistance to impact, tears, and abrasion.
Quick-curing MARTIN® EZ-PATCH™ achieves operating strength in 45 to 60 minutes at 70 F. Maximum strength and flexibility in 12 hours.
Only surface preparation required is wire brushing the surface to be repaired. (Use Adhesion Promoter with application to metal surfaces.)
No protective clothing, no special application equipment, no special training required.
"Side by side" two-component packaging simplifies handling and assures proper mix ratio.
Martin Engineering is the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of engineered conveyor belt cleaning / conveyor belt scraping systems. In this position, Martin Engineering has developed fundamental principles of cleaner design that have set standards for belt cleaner / belt scraper engineering and performance.
The multiple-cleaner system originally adopted by Martin Engineering is now the standard for applications on belt conveyors carrying all types of bulk materials around the world. End users (and other cleaner manufacturers) have accepted it almost universally.
