Tracker™ Monster

The Martin^® Tracker^™ Monster provides immediate, continuous, and precise correction of wandering conveyor belts. The Tracker^™ Monster performs reliably in applications where other belt training devices fail—reducing edge damage, preventing spillage, and extending belt life.

The system is available in Lower Units for installation on the conveyor return side and Upper Units for the carrying side of the conveyor.

Upper units can be supplied with a Trac‑Mount^™ Idler to simplify maintenance when roller replacement is required, or customers may mount an existing idler directly to the plate. Lower units are available with a rubber‑lagged roll to help guide the belt smoothly back to center.

Tracker^™ Monster units are sized for belt speeds up to 1,000 ft/min (4 m/s), belt thicknesses up to 1.125 in (28.5 mm), and belt widths from 54 in to 96 in.
