DT2 Reversing Secondary Belt Cleaners

Martin^® DT2 Reversing Secondary Cleaners feature rugged blades installed on a track that slides into cleaning position on a rigid steel mandrel. The slide-in/slide-out blade assembly allows for installation in narrow spaces and makes service quick and simple, minimizing downtime.

Applications

• DT2S model suited for medium to heavy-duty applications, on belts from 24 to 96 inches (~500 to 2400 mm) operating at speeds up to 900 fpm (4.6 m/sec)
• DT2H XHD model suited for heavy-duty applications, on belts from 18 to 96 inches (~400 to 2400 mm) operating at speeds up to 1200 fpm (6 m/sec)

• Martin Engineering’s color-coded high performance urethanes available to suit application
• Available with tungsten carbide reversing blades, stainless steel reversing blades, inline tungsten carbide blades, or urethane reversing blades
